Golden Age Nursing Facility

Welcome to Golden Age Nursing Facility

Welcome to Golden Age Nursing Facility, a hometown name you can trust for long-term care in Oklahoma.  As an Oklahoma family-owned and operated company, our roots run deep in our community with a proud legacy of exceptional care and customer satisfaction for six decades and across three generations.

We understand that few decisions are as important as selecting a long-term care community for you or your loved one.  This is a concern that often involves the entire family.  Our compassionate professionals at Golden Age believe that caring for our residents is a privilege.  We strive to earn your confidence every day by helping patients to achieve improved function, ability and independence.  With respect for their personal preferences, our residents receive high quality care in a dignified and safe home-like environment.  We also dedicate our efforts to supporting families in many essential and valuable ways. When a health incident arises, or when a change in health requires the need for greater support and daily assistance, then turn to Golden Age.

Golden Age Nursing Facility is a private long-term care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility licensed by the State of Oklahoma and certified by Medicaid and Medicare.  As experts in senior healthcare, we’ve built our reputation one family at a time and are proud to be one of Oklahoma’s most well-respected facilities.

I feel honored to be an employee of Golden Age.  We all try to make this facility a “home away from home” for the residents.  All of us, starting with the Administrator and throughout the staff, treat the residents with love, and if there is an issue, we take care of it promptly.  When I had some medical needs in 2015, I became a patient of Golden Age.  Everyone took such good care of me, the physical therapy was great, and the staff frequently checked on me to make sure I was getting lots of love, prayers and encouragement to keep my spirits up.
